SELF-CARE IS THE FOCUS AT LANSDOWNE RESORT’S SPA MINÉRALE

New Products, Offerings Unveiled for Spring and Mother’s Day Gift Giving

LEESBURG, Va., (April 22, 2024) — Wellness may be the current buzz word, but at Lansdowne Resort’s Spa Minérale it has been the cornerstone of the treatments and operating philosophy for decades.

Whether visiting for a day’s getaway, romantic overnight retreat, girls’ weekend, or to simply wind down after a day on the golf course, the ideal spa experience awaits. Now more than ever, it’s important to indulge in a little self-care, says Julie MacDowell, director of spa for Spa Minérale.

“We encourage our guests to treat themselves to a transformational mind-body-and-spirit experience by trying one of our thoughtfully designed treatments and services delivered by highly skilled spa and salon professionals,” MacDowell said. “With summer season approaching, it’s more important than ever to show off and protect our skin with confidence.”

New this spring is the CBD Gua Sha Facial, featuring Botanika Life, packed with powerful antioxidants. Utilizing crystal gua sha stones, skin is left toned and contoured while vitality and longevity of skin cells is enhanced. Spa Minérale also has the antidote for tired hands, feet, and legs with treatments that use luxurious Pure Fiji products. More than 40 polish color choices add to the personalization possibilities.

Spa Minérale is open daily and offers 12 personal treatment rooms, including two couples’ rooms; relaxation lounges; steam rooms; dry saunas; whirlpools; and a dedicated area for hair and nail services. Retail shelves are fully stocked with an array of new product lines.

Two special Mother’s Day packages are currently available: Mom’s Retreat (signature relaxation massage, custom signature facial, pedicure for $390) and the Refresh and Renew (manicure, pedicure, shampoo/haircut and blow dry for $180).

Lansdowne Resort also offers spa getaway packages, complete with overnight accommodations. “For the Love of Spa” package is for the couple that wants it all — wellness treatments, cocktails, dinner, overnight accommodations, breakfast before checkout, and more.  Gift certificates—especially with Mother’s Day fast approaching—are also available.

MacDowell recommends making spa reservations at least three weeks in advance, which may be booked online or by calling 703.729.4036.
