Reynolds Lake Oconee Honored Among Golfweek’s Best 2023
Greensboro, Georgia (Feb. 2, 2023) – Reynolds Lake Oconee has been recognized on two of Golfweek’s Best lists for 2023: Top 200 residential golf courses in the U.S. and the Top 200 resort courses in the U.S.
Reynolds Lake Oconee boasts some of the most diverse golf experiences in the southeast with courses designed by legendary architects: Great Waters by Jack Nicklaus, The National by Tom Fazio, The Oconee by Rees Jones, The Landing and The Preserve by Bob Cupp, as well as the members-only Creek Club by Jim Engh.

Golfweek’s course-ratings panel continually evaluates courses and rates them based on 10 criteria. They also file a single, overall rating on each course. Those overall ratings on each course are averaged to produce a final, cumulative rating. Then each course is ranked against other courses in the region. These lists focus on the golf courses themselves, not the communities or resorts as a whole or other amenities.
