A resident of Henderson, Nevada, Wilson recently won the AJGA Girls Invitational at Streamsong Resort in Florida and finished runner-up at the 2023 Junior PGA Championship. Earlier this summer, she won the amateur division of the LPGA’s Mizuho Americas Open and finished runner-up at the Rolex Girls Junior Championship.

Wilson’s previous victories also include the USGA’s prestigious 2022 U.S. Girls’ Junior Championship, 2022 Annika Invitational USA Championship, 2021 AJGA Sean Foley Championship, and Drive, Chip and Putt National Finals Champion at Augusta National Golf Club (2019, 2021).  Over the last eight years, Wilson has traveled and played in junior golf events around the world.  She has won over 120 golf tournaments during her junior career.

“Transcend is dedicated to investing in young athletes and empowering them to reach their fullest potential.  We are proud to continue our commitment by supporting Yana on her journey to golf greatness.  We admire Yana’s determination, work ethic, and commitment to excellence and are thrilled to welcome her as the first female member of Team Transcend,” said Brian Gorczynski, Managing Partner of Transcend.

Wilson recently represented Team USA in the PING Junior Solheim Cup in Spain and as a member of the Junior Ryder Cup team in Rome, Italy.  In January, Wilson announced her verbal commitment to continue her playing career at the University of Oregon as she continues chasing her dream of playing professionally on the LPGA Tour.

“I am truly grateful to Transcend for believing in my potential,” said Wilson.  “I am honored and excited to be a member of Team Transcend. This support will allow me to focus on my game and to strive for excellence both on and off the golf course.”

Transcend currently has multi-year name, image, and likeness (NIL) partnerships with 20-year-old amateur golfer Benjamin James, a sophomore at the University of Virginia, and 19-year-old Caleb Surratt, a sophomore at the University of Tennessee.  James and Surratt are currently #7 and #10, respectively, in the men’s World Amateur Golf Rankings (WAGR) and both were members of the victorious 2023 United States Walker Cup team.
