THE SEA PINES RESORT DEBUTS JUSTIN THOMAS’ DEFENDING CHAMPION BURGER
2025 winner designs signature menu item for Fraser’s Tavern
HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. (June 19, 2025) – What would Justin Thomas order? When it comes to a burger, The Sea Pines Resort’s Fraser’s Tavern has introduced the 2025 edition of the “Defending Champion Burger.”
Thomas, who won in a playoff against Andrew Novak to capture the 2025 RBC Heritage Presented by Boeing, and his victory 16th PGA Tour title, designed his own special combination:
- Patty: Custom House Blend of Short Rib Brisket, Chuck & Short Rib
- Bun: Toasted Hearth Baked Sesame Seed Bun
- Add-ons: Crispy Applewood Bacon, Smashed Avocado, Fried Egg
- Cheese: Pepper Jack Cheese
- Sauce: Southwestern Aioli
The Defending Champion Burger is one of six new burgers on the Fraser’s Tavern menu. Part of the proceeds of the sale of each burger go to a charity supported by the Heritage Classic Foundation.
The 2026 RBC Heritage presented by Boeing will be played April 13-19 over the newly restored Harbour Town Golf Links.
