(Feb. 18, 2026) — The Sea Pines Resort has strengthened its culinary leadership team with recent staff additions and promotions that reflect the resort’s continued commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences, relying on strong operational leadership and personnel development.
Alex Dinerstein, a nine-year employee of The Sea Pines Resort, has been promoted to Food and Beverage Operations Manager. In this role, he will oversee broader resort operations while continuing to interface with the food and beverage team—where he most recently was the general manager of Links, an American Grill—ensuring collaboration and familiar leadership that guests and property owners have come to appreciate.
Nick Osterfoss joins The Sea Pines Resort as the new General Manager of Links, an American Grill, bringing extensive luxury resort and food & beverage leadership experience, including senior roles at Forbes Four- and Five-Star properties across the country.
“Among the things we value most at The Sea Pines Resort are the relationships our team builds with guests and property owners,” said Matt Roher, Director of Food and Beverage, in discussing these new appointments. “The impact our employees bring to their roles and guest interactions truly enhances relationships and the overall dining experience.
Roher added that Brendan McGuire has been named General Manager of Harbourside, promoted from his position as Assistant Manager of the Sea Pines Beach Club. McGuire has demonstrated strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for guest service, making him a natural choice to lead one of The Sea Pines Resort’s most popular dining destinations. Additionally, Eric Haley was recently promoted to Assistant Operations Manager at Fraser’s Tavern, located in the Plantation Clubhouse near Atlantic Dunes and Heron Point golf courses.
The Sea Pines Resort’s 11 restaurants offer the ultimate Lowcountry dining experiences, with innovative menus inspired by the vibrant South Carolina culinary scene and complemented by a selection of fine wines and creative cocktails. Set in some of the island’s most unique locations overlooking the ocean, Harbour Town, and golf course fairways, the breathtaking views from dining rooms and patios enhance the creatively prepared cuisine.
