Custom Homes Located Directly on New Lehman 18 Golf Course

Brainerd, MN (April 12, 2023) — Ground has been broken for the Private Collection, premium, privately owned homes at Cragun’s Resort on Gull Lake in Brainerd, Minnesota.  The first two homes will be part of the Cragun’s rental program and are located directly on the new Lehman 18 golf course.

Homes currently under construction will be 2800+ square feet, including five bedrooms, five baths with open living and dining areas, plus chef’s kitchen. High ceilings and large windows throughout each home afford panoramic views of the Lehman 18 golf course. All homes will include a private patio and firepit with outdoor entertainment spaces and grilling options. The privately-owned homes will bring a new luxury and premium lodging experience to guests. Owners and guests will have access to all the Cragun’s Resort & Legacy Courses activities and amenities during their visit.  Anticipated completion for the first two homes is August 2023.

The Lehman 18 is a Tom Lehman Signature, 7400-yard championship golf course, which will celebrate its grand opening in July 2023. The course layout moves perfectly through a 1000-acre wooded sanctuary working its way around Stephens Lake and through many other natural wetlands. The golf facilities offer golfers ultimate challenges and options for any skill level. As of this summer, 36 holes of golf will be available on two championship courses, as well as a par-3 practice course and expansion putting green.
