Karen Saltzbart Named Vice President of Sales for Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties, LLC

GREENSBORO, Ga. (July 6, 2022) — Reynolds Lake Oconee has announced the appointment of Karen Saltzbart as Vice President of Sales for Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties, LLC. 

Saltzbart, who has been on staff as an agent at Reynolds for two years, will be filling the role created by the retirement of Lee Arberg, who spent the last 25 years leading the real estate sales team of this 12,000-acre lake and golf community approximately 90 minutes from Atlanta.

Saltzbart’s real estate career began in 2002 at Gloria Nilsen Real Estate in New Jersey. She quickly vaulted to the top of that office in both production and customer retention, and was subsequently courted in 2008 to be the Vice President of Sales for Sothebys International Heritage House in New Jersey, where she managed over 200 agents and increased the office’s revenue by over 300% during a 12-year tenure.

Upon graduation from Purdue University with a BS in retail management, Saltzbart worked for nearly two decades in the development and implementation of retail production and sales operations for such brands as Tommy Hilfiger, Anne Klein and Macy’s in New York City. 

She and her husband Philip have recently completed their home in Reynolds, which they will share with daughters Lydia and Phoebe when they can come to visit.
