Daniel Communities Strengthens C-Suite Leadership for Next Phase of Growth
Industry veteran Jay Page joins as Chief Revenue Officer; Troy Lucas promoted to Chief Development Officer and Scott Jenkins promoted to Chief Investment Officer
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (Oct. 15, 2026) — Daniel Communities, a Birmingham-based developer and operator of master-planned resort and private-club communities, today announced the appointment of industry veteran Jay Page as Chief Revenue Officer and the promotions of longtime leaders Troy Lucas to Chief Development Officer and Scott Jenkins to Chief Investment Officer.
The leadership changes reinforce a dedicated C-suite across revenue, development, and investment as Daniel Communities continues to expand its portfolio of luxury resort and private-club communities across the Southeast, including Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Alabama.
Chief Revenue Officer — Jay Page
With more than three decades of real estate leadership, Page will lead the company’s revenue strategies across its portfolio, overseeing sales, marketing, and builder relations. His experience spans acquisitions, planning, development, sales and marketing, and resort operations.
Most recently, Page served as Group President of Real Estate for EBSCO Industries, where he oversaw the company’s community development division — including the acclaimed Alys Beach community on Florida’s Scenic Highway 30A and The Town of Mt Laurel outside Birmingham, as well as income and investment properties across the region. Earlier in his career, Page served as Senior Vice President at Crescent Resources, where he led numerous developments, including Palmetto Bluff and Oldfield, both in South Carolina’s Lowcountry. A native of Mullins, SC, Jay is a graduate of Clemson University.
Chief Development Officer — Troy Lucas
After serving as Senior Vice President of Planning & Development for Daniel Communities since 2018, Lucas has been promoted to Chief Development Officer. In this expanded role, he oversees planning, design, and development execution across the company’s communities, guiding projects from concept through build-out.
Chief Investment Officer and Partner— Scott Jenkins
As one of the company’s founding leaders and its former Chief Financial Officer, Scott Jenkins moves into the role of Chief Investment Officer. He leads the company’s investment strategy, capital structuring, and financial management across its portfolio and pipeline.
His deep expertise in real estate development, finance, capital markets, and portfolio management positions him to guide the company’s investment strategy through its next phase of growth.
These three executives join John Gunderson, Chief Executive Officer, and Eric Johnson, President, on the Daniel Communities’ executive team.
“This is an exciting moment for Daniel Communities,” said Johnson. “We’re welcoming an exceptional new leader and recognizing two proven executives whose impact has helped shape our growth. Together, this team brings best-in-class destination residential expertise to our next chapter as we continue creating communities that transform regions and endure for generations.”
