Santa Lucia Preserve

As much of California wrestles with growth and the specter of overdevelopment, by some miracle the 31 square miles that comprise Santa Lucia Preserve — three miles southeast of Carmel-by-the-Sea — remain intact. The residential real estate community, located on the coastal foothills of the Santa Lucia Mountains, is limited to a total of 350 homes. Most notably, however, 90 percent of the 20,000 acres have been preserved as open space. HPR has taken this story and run with it…generating quality, targeted media coverage.

Reynolds Plantation – A Linger Longer Community

An 8,000-acre residential and resort community, the property includes 55 miles of shoreline along the 19,000-acre Lake Oconee, the second largest lake in the state. A total of 81 holes over four courses include three 18-hole championship golf courses: The Plantation Course, The Great Waters Course and The Oconee Course. The fourth course consisting of 27-holes is The National Course. In 2007, HPR’s emphasis lies on the unveiling of the newest course and the community’s first private offering, The Creek Club, designed by Jim Engh.
