HPR has promoted this resort for over five years, supporting and developing promotional strategies, organizing press events, and securing a broad-cross section of media coverage for this popular ski and golf destination resort located in Virginia’s Blue Ridge Mountains. Our promotional efforts also include leveraging the popularity of the resort’s spa for which HPR designed the grand opening and now conducts an annual women’s wellness retreat.
Grand Cypress
HPR is currently promoting The Villas, Golf Courses, Golf Academy, restaurants and meeting space within Grand Cypress, using our exemplary databases and personal relationships with the media to facilitate a strategic media outreach plan and overall marketplace awareness campaign in the extremely competitive, saturated Orlando market. Within two months of starting the relationship, HPR garnered three national placements and opened discussions with national golf associations and potential promotional partners.

The agency plays an integral part in The Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort’s marketing strategy, participating in advertising, community relations, special events development and media relations decisions for this 80-room property. HPR’s media relations strategies encompass the overall resort, starting with Tucson's premier golf experience. The resort, which opened in December 2009, benefits from HPR’s spa media savvy, numerous media visits, special events and business-generating promotions which are on the 2010 agenda. The agency also is responsible for the development and execution of the all golf media relations efforts and facilitation of media relations efforts during the annual World Golf Championships - Accenture Match Play Championship.
