Whistling Rock Country Club, located in Chuncheon, South Korea, 90 minutes east of Seoul, is a 27-hole layout designed by Ted Robinson, Jr.  The magnificent site is ringed by  mountainous ridges and distant peaks and has been enhanced and beautified with the addition of  thousands of native trees.  A stunning clubhouse graces the site, as do three tea houses on each nine hole layout.  This club is destined for worldwide acclaim and will most assuredly host tournaments in the years to come.

Named 2011 Club of the Year by the Metropolitan Golf Writers Association, Metropolis CC has tapped HPR to create an ongoing presence in regional golf media and to develop a ratings strategy.

HPR is assisting Metedeconk National Golf Club as it prepares for the celebration of its 25th anniversary.  Part of the assignment involves an analysis of golf course ratings and event opportunities.

For the club’s Centennial celebration in 2012, HPR has been retained to raise the club’s profile through media placements and the introduction of golf course raters, with a focus on the recent meticulous restoration of this Donald Ross gem.  Additionally, HPR will assist in the planning of a fitting program of celebration of the club’s 100th anniversary.
