VILLAS OF GRAND CYPRESS INTRODUCE SPRINGTIME FAMILY GETAWAY PACKAGE
ORLANDO, Fla. – Feb. 10, 2010 – Families seeking the perfect spring break getaway will want to take advantage of the “Parks and Play” package just introduced by the Villas of Grand Cypress, a family-friendly retreat in central Florida with Walt Disney World and other theme parks only minutes away.
The package, available March 1 through April 30, starts at $279 plus tax and resort fee (per room/night/family of four) and includes:
Villas of Grand Cypress – one of the “75 Best Golf Resorts in North America” as named by Golf Digest – features 45 holes of Jack Nicklaus Signature-designed golf, comprised of 27 holes plus the Nicklaus-designed New Course, providing many options for families that enjoy playing together. Outside the clubhouse, an 18-hole putting green provides opportunities for friendly competition and skills challenges.
The resort offers private villas situated along the fairways and waterways of the golf course. Each villa is ideally designed for families with living room, dining room and fully-equipped kitchens, plus patios and verandas. Two restaurants – The Club, which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, and also doubles as a sports bar in the evenings, and Nine18 for dinner only Tuesdays through Saturdays – plus a pool snack bar accent the offerings at the resort.
All dining and resort activities, including golf and more, are complimentary for children 12 and younger (one child per one paying adult). Note: Hyatt Regency outlets are excluded from complimentary children’s activities.
In addition to the three nearby theme parks, the Villas of Grand Cypress is less than an hour from Kennedy Space Center, which is open daily for tours.
