ELIZABETH BUSH - Client Services Manager -
client services manager, has lived on the Monterey Peninsula since 1979. During her career she has worked in project management and event planning capacities for the Northern California Golf Association and Pebble Beach Company.
On behalf of HPR, Elizabeth, who holds an active California Real Estate License, is responsible for client services, including project timelines and management, image and record databases, as well as general office administration. She oversees the production of media outings and special events for the company’s resort and golf course clients.
With the NCGA she served as owner-representative project manager, working directly with the architect and interior designer on the association’s new administrative offices and the clubhouse at Poppy Hills Golf Course (NCGA members’ course, opened in March 1986).
Recruited by Pebble Beach Company in 1989, and placed as the assistant to the executive vice president, Elizabeth handled a variety of duties, including several years marketing The Residences at Spanish Bay. Spending more than 12 years in the company’s real estate division, she became manager of real estate administration and ultimately was named community relations manager.
In 1999, she served as volunteer chair (overseeing 700 volunteers) for the U.S. Amateur Championship at Pebble Beach and charity partner chair (volunteer force of 1,400) for the 2000 U.S. Open Championship at Pebble Beach.
Elizabeth and her husband, Kurt, a Monterey Peninsula native, have resided in Pebble Beach for the past 20 years. Their daughter, Alicia, is currently attending Chico State University.
